transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                                                  
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                            
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3 Relating to                                                                              
         the effect of Medicare rates on senior citizens' access                                                                
         to healthcare; and urging the United States Congress
